Meet Emerald Marie

Emerald Marie is a professional signed curve model with over a decade of industry experience. She has been represented by top agencies in London, New York, Los Angeles, and Miami, and has worked on major campaigns for brands including MAC Cosmetics, Target, Nordstrom, Naked Wardrobe, and Ashley Stewart.

After spending six years in Los Angeles, Emerald is returning home to Long Island with a mission to share her industry knowledge and create real opportunities for aspiring models. With firsthand experience, she understands exactly what agents look for and is focused on helping new talent become confident, prepared, and ready to be seen.

📸 Digital Day

Emerald is teaming up with her agency to host an Open Casting Call on May 9th, bringing agents directly to Long Island to scout new talent. Digital Day is designed to prepare you for that opportunity.

What Are Digitals?

Digitals are the most important first step in modeling. These are clean, natural, unedited photos that show your real look. No heavy makeup, no styling, just you. Agencies use these to evaluate your potential and see how you can fit into different types of work.

What to Expect

Each session is 30 minutes, including:

  • 15 minutes of digitals/photos

  • 15 minutes with Emerald for posing guidance and consultation

During your time, Emerald will:

  • Guide you through simple, effective posing

  • Take your digitals (industry standard photos)

  • Record your measurements

  • Share insight on how to present yourself to agents

Your final photos will be sent to you after your session to use for the May 2nd Open Casting Call or for agency submissions.

What to Wear / Bring

Keep your look minimal, clean, and fitted so your natural features and shape are clearly visible.

Clothing:

  • Black or white fitted tops (tank or t-shirt)

  • Fitted jeans or simple bottoms

  • Optional: simple swimsuit (for women)

  • Men: fitted t-shirt or tank

  • No patterns, logos, or loud colors

Shoes:

  • Ladies: bring heels to change into

  • Men: clean sneakers

Hair & Makeup:

  • Minimal to no makeup (mascara is okay, no false lashes)

  • Natural hair (clean, simple styling)

  • Well-groomed nails (no extra-long lengths)

Blemishes and imperfections are okay, agents want to see your natural skin.
